About Per Jansson

I am curious and passionate about software development and I really love to build great and usable systems and help others do the same.I work as a Senior Software Developer at Reaktor and I am specialized in Javascript, Java and its related environments. Although I am no stranger to backend I have always been drawn to frontend, web and mobile. I have extensive experience in how to build systems and applications that are a good mix of quality, robustness and ease of use. I also have experience from team leadership and agile/lean coaching activities.I strive to be a person who gets others to grow, the team to achieve more and to maximize the value for the customer and end user. On a personal level I am self-motivated and creative, and I think my colleagues perceive me as a person that gets things done and are happy to share my knowledge. My curiosity brings me to spend a lot of time trying out different technologies, programming languages, frameworks, tools etc and while doing that I try to build something useful and shippable.
