Pharma and FMCG-knowledge from multiple manufacturing industries, such as beer and soft drinks, meat processing & condiment production. My experience covers the full value chain, production of raw materials to final distribution, and different warehouse / logistics optimizing and moving tasks. I have a consistent track record of leading and improving Teams, through visibility, projects and daily operation, with focus on quality, efficiency optimization and solid cost control in the supply chain, bringing substantial added value to the organization/business.
