About Per Lidman

A proud father, dedicated sports fan and former Navy officer (now in the Navy Reserve) dedicated to making the most out of every situation - sometimes perhaps too much! For over 20 years, I have worked primarily with issues linked to intellectual property law and commercial transactions. In my role as managing partner at Setterwalls Malmö office, I also share the responsibility for Setterwalls' operations nationally and its day-to-day activities. At the same time, I have national responsibility for and lead Setterwalls’ Life Sciences team, and am in the same way responsible for the bulk of our trademark and marketing law issues. Sectors where I have particularly relevant experience include pharmaceuticals and medtech, foods and high-tech companies in general. My, albeit brief, experience as general counsel at a Swedish listed company in the biometrics sector has given me valuable insights as to the needs of clients, from the client’s viewpoint. Commercial contracts, including those in an international environment, constitute an exciting and stimulating part of my everyday work. I regard understanding the client’s business and goals as necessary for being able to deliver concrete and pragmatic advice. I am All in - are you?
