SAFe 5 SCRUM Master. Adaptive IT troubleshooter / debugger with a passion for finding solutions. Business: I have solid technical knowledge and insight based on my theoretical foundation and practical experience from 14 years of working in a complex and international Telecom organization. My skills and experience enables me to see through, prioritize and communicate in order to solve high level technical problems. I have extensive work experience (since within embedded software, including many different roles such as: Developer, Build Manager, Release Manager and Debugger. Over the years my focus has been increasingly on Customer Relations and Stakeholder Satisfaction with regards to removing issues preventing sales. With the purpose of getting repetitive tasks automated and databases to present relevant and updated data in a rational layout - I excel in “Tool scrutiny” and knowledge sharing. Personal: I am easy-going, observant and an analyst. Others know me as a considerate and helpful colleague who gladly shares his “tricks of the trade” and also as a person with high demands for myself and those around me. I am a Doer with a large work capacity. Motivation: I enjoy getting an overview of complex structures while debugging or trying to get a technical explanation of an issue or error. It pleases me when I contribute to getting things to work, so I thrive when I'm in Fire-Fighting mode. I find the roles in the field of tension between customers/stakeholders and the technical developers very satisfying.
