Highly engaged and dedicated professional with more than 30 years of experience in the Medical Device and Life Science Industry. Experienced more than 15 years in General Management/Senior Leadership and International Sales & Marketing assignments on a global basis, based in London and Brussels for 10 years. Track record includes sales and marketing and product management. I have led change management and organisational restructuring in the Nordics and Internationally. In my assignements I have executed funding and financing for both public and non-listed companies. I have obtained FDA approval and reimbursement for the US market. Leadership team-member at Atos Medical, when EQT, one of the world's largest private equity investors, made a successful business exit in 2016. I am now open for new opportunities, interim (full time/part time) or employment. Being a hands-on leader, I am ready to advise and support companies in their commercial go-to-market strategy and implementation. Using many years of experience in various franchise, adding expertise in creating understanding of market dynamics, drivers, and potential pathways. I contribute with several experiences in change management or development of new corporate structures from both large and smaller organisations. I have successfully led distributor operations and executed on forward integrations within EU, US and Japan at Guidant, Atos Medical and smaller start-ups. I am unpretentious, communicative and have a strong ability to develop and implement established business goals. My energy and positive drive are contagious in the most positive way.
