I thrive in dynamic environments where strategy, leadership, and execution converge. At Borg Research AS, I drive market positioning, business development, and growth initiatives for one of Norway’s most ambitious cybersecurity startups. Before Borg Research, I founded and managed Mation Media from 19-21, an influencer marketing agency that, in just two quarters of 2024, generated over 84 million views across TikTok and Instagram. I built and nurtured B2B partnerships with global brands, negotiating deals that helped brands increase awareness, boost sales, and connect with engaged niche communities through our influencer's trusted voices. My background also includes experience in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where I served as a regimental representative for over 500 soldiers across six locations. In this role, I worked closely with C-level military executives, handling complex negotiations and ensuring clear, effective communication between leadership and personnel - an experience that sharpened my ability to navigate high-pressure environments, advocate for stakeholders, and drive results. Now, at Borg Research, I apply my experience in sales, marketing, military leadership and business strategy to the cybersecurity space, working to establish ourselves as an industry-defining company. Outside of work, I’m a spontaneous, adventure-driven person who thrives on sports, nature, and new challenges. Whether it’s skiing, hiking, football, or exploring new places, I believe that pushing physical limits fuels mental resilience - a mindset that translates into my work ethic and ambition.
