About Per Strand

Senior management positions with more than 30 years of experience in building and real estate development, primarily Project development of housing in several Nordic countries. Responsible for the Group's Operational Management by designing and developing the framework for the company's way of conducting and managing its operations throughout the value chain. Main passion is for change management in large organizations. Responsible for Group-wide improvement projects called Structured Project Development, which has been implemented according to the principles of Lean Prodution. The projects have resulted in standardization of the company's product and processes. This has created uniform components that are assembled into residential buildings, all adapted to the current customer group and surrounding environment. In addition to product development, Structured Project Development has meant standardization of processes and working methods. The result has been increased customer benefit, as well as increased benefit for owners, employees and other stakeholders. Further positive effects are shortened lead times throughout the project development cycle and reduced quality shortage costs. In previous years, design manager with responsibility for designing construction projects as leader of team with architect, designer and other technical consultants. Further project manager and work manager with personnel responsibility and financial responsibility for planning, development, construction and sale of housing projects. Previously, several years in production at construction site as measurement techniques, supervisor and contractor engineer.
