Having worked in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years Percy is a 36 year old individual wanting to build a brand name for himself by associating with an organization where his professional experience knowledge and skills are put to optimal use for achieving organizational and self objectives. Currently at Godrej Properties Ltd Percy is mainly involved in developing two residential projects of 1.9 mn sqft with a top line of approximately INR 4 900 Crs. Key responsibilities : Driving high quality of asset management by (i) preserving or enhancing project profitability and returns (ii) AOP planning (iii) Execution of the project as per business plan (iv) Risk Management by evaluating and providing mitigation mechanism and proactively highlighting critical risks and proposing recommendation/options to the management for way forward. To make the annual operating plan and the long range plan for both the projects by factoring in timelines including approvals launch and construction. Understanding market sentiment in terms of pricing managing / negotiating structure of land related payments etc. with aim of efficient cashflow management and preserving the business plan envisaged at the time of deal closing.
