At my current job, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of campaigns and social media to ensure brand consistency. My role includes facilitating the scaling of brand and company awareness through various social media channels and working with the brand to create and implement social media strategies. To accomplish these goals, I create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. I use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, HootSuite, Creator Studio, and others to ensure progress on all platforms, and oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives. As a creative thinker with insight-driven approach, I have strong ideation capabilities and am a planner at large who can think and stitch wholesome 360-degree social media optimisation plans, across platforms. I am very good at content creation across formats and have a good command of language and brand understanding. I am an observant person who keeps their pulse on the internet and is always at speed at knowing what is happening/trending on the internet. Being pop culture aware and having an urge to do different and create differently is also important to me. I can manage a team of like-minded people and am comfortable with social media tools required to publish, analyze, and plan content. As a multi-tasker, I am responsible for all coordinating with the graphics team, the audiovisual team, and branding, for perfect execution of events. I have hands-on experience in media promotions to drive strong social reach and a strong hold on platform insights and analytics, which I use to tweak digital strategy accordingly. ORM knowledge is also a key area of expertise for me. My qualifications include 3 years of social media management experience, a master's degree in journalism, public relations, and mass communication with a specialization in advertising and film making.
