I had in-depth exposure and experience in rural development, capacity building, livelihood, child care/ protection and education, youth leadership and skills development, liaison & partnership building. Also, like to draw attention to the fact that I have balanced exposures of working with Govt. Department, CSR and International NGO & working in multi-cultural teams, thereby have an excellent mix of skillset necessary for the success of large scale, complex projects involving many stakeholders. As a highly competitive Manager, I have experience in planning & executing various organisational functions, developing community partnership, carrying out CSR activities and administering community-based education and outreach programs for improving living conditions and quality settlement of youths through Skill & Entrepreneurship Development programs. Along with it I also had a proven track record of planning & executing sustainable community-led development program focused on improving living conditions by promoting education, livelihood, skill development, capacity building & awareness generation activities by forming common interest groups, SHGs etc. I am a reliable individual with proven ability to achieve organisational goals while displaying effective multi-tasking and time management skills. I come with excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail, the ability to analyse situations, develop cost management strategies and research information to develop sound and ethical business solutions. My abilities to collaborate across all functions within the business and across external ecosystems have enabled my success.
