Pernell MJ Bush is a certified non-profit professional and a social entrepreneurial-minded leader, Pernell is passionate about creating positive social change and fostering success in others. He is the President and CEO of No Limit Counseling and Education, a non-profit organization that offers affordable and accessible mental health services, education, and empowerment programs. He is also a DEI consultant, an award-winning social entrepreneur, a mental health advocate, and a corporate wellness speaker. He holds master of social work from the University of Central Florida. He is a doctoral candidate in the health care administration and management program at Virginia University of Lynchburg. He is a clinical director at Aspire Health Partners, a leading provider of behavioral health services in Central Florida. He oversees the delivery of quality care and evidence-based practices to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and communities affected by mental health and substance abuse issues. He is also a licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and supervision.
