About Perrin Morse

Can a city girl fall in love? The answer is a resounding YES! After more than a decade in New York City, my husband and I relocated to Charlotte in 2007 with our two young children in search of a more balanced, outdoor-driven lifestyle—and with easy access to both the mountains and the coast, we truly found it.Raised between two households with wonderfully nomadic parents, moving was a constant. From formative years in Alaska to graduating high school in London, I know firsthand what it feels like to arrive somewhere new and start again.Relocating isn’t just about finding a house—it’s about finding your rhythm, your people, and the places that make a city feel like home. I see myself as more than a real estate advisor—I’m your hostess and concierge to Charlotte, helping you discover the neighborhoods, hidden gems, and experiences that bring the city to life. And for those already in Charlotte making a move—upsizing, downsizing, or stepping into a new chapter—I’m here to guide that transition, helping you reimagine how you want to live.My goal is simple: to make Charlotte not just where you live, but where you truly feel at home.
