With over 30 years of experience across construction, oil and gas, and mechanical industries, I’ve always found a way to adapt, lead, and get results. Whether on a land drilling rig or managing multiple service locations in the farm and construction world, I’ve consistently earned leadership roles by showing up early, working hard, and solving problems. You could call me a jack of all trades — I’ve never claimed to be the smartest guy in the room, but I’ll always be the one who works the hardest. I’m competitive by nature, and I don’t like to lose — but I learn fast when I do. I don’t interview well because I don’t believe in fluff. I’m direct, honest, and I believe in keeping things black and white. If there’s a problem, I want to fix it — not dance around it. If there’s a job to do, I’ll take it head-on.
