About Perry Boyle

As a co-founder of MITS Capital LLC and its CEO, I am working to bring capital to the Ukrainian defense industry. We are working to get Russia out of Ukraine and Ukraine into NATO's defense supply chain. MITS Capital owns MITS Accelerator for Ukrainian defense tech startups and is the sponsor of MITS Lightning Fund, which invests in Seed to Series A rounds in Ukrainian defense companies. MITS Capital is looking to invest in and/or acquire Ukrainian companies in the dual-use and lethality sectors. As the Chair of the Board of Directors at The BOMA Project (BOMA.ngo), I helped lead a nonprofit organization that empowers women, youth, and displaced persons in the drylands of Africa to overcome extreme poverty and climate change. During my tenure, we grew the organization's impact by a factor of 10 and shifted its C-suite from the US to Africa. I oversaw the strategic direction, governance, and support fundraising of BOMA.ngo, which works at the nexus of four of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: ending poverty, eradicating hunger, combating gender inequality, and mitigating the effects of climate change. I have a passion for public service and social impact, which I pursue through various board and advisory roles in the fields of affordable housing, renewable energy, education, and innovation. I also leverage my 35-year career in investment banking and asset management. I co-founded an investment bank, built and led global teams, and provided research and strategic insights to offer consulting services to investment banks, family offices, and asset management companies. I am an SEC-qualified financial expert for audit committees of publicly traded corporations. My professional experience includes multiple turnarounds, including C-suite roles at an investment firm after 2001, a hedge fund after 2008, and rebuilding a firm after an insider trading situation. I hold an MA in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, an MBA from Dartmouth College, an AB in Economics from Stanford, a PGCert in Security Studies from King's College London, and a CFA designation. I have lectured on investing and ethics at leading universities and participated in international security dialogues.
