Currently employed as HSEQ manager by Veriflo Ltd, maintaining critical compliance and supporting our team's fantastic positive safety culture as we deliver critical services to the clean water industry. Guided the Company through recent ISO and Achilles certifications, and working to implement the best possible version of our management system through a fully paperless system. Previously employed by Statom Group Ltd as Compliance Manager, supporting and improving the group management systems and driving HSEQ compliance. Primarily engaged developing and integrating new, improved systems and processes to produce a more robust management system. Maintain and pursued business accreditations and PQQ approvals. Gained ISO 14001 and 45001 and review the 9001 accreditation held by the company. Prior to this role I was employed as Safety and Compliance Manager for Infrastructure Developments Ltd, a fast-moving utilities and groundworks company where I provided full HSEQ management. Full spread of H&S duty, site inspection, auditing, safety consultation, managing ISO suite and business accereditations, producing RAMS and COSHH Assessments, developed and upgraded management procedures and systems. Before returning to the UK, I was employed as Co-Manager at Giant Eagle grocery store Pennsylvania for 7 years. Responsible for all aspects of running a mid-sized supermarket. Providing support, counsel and direction to all employees, proactive operations management and providing customer focused solutions. Overseeing all departments, working with departmental managers to maintain critical service levels in the challenging and fast-paced retail environment. I work personally as photographer, writer and artist, painting, printmaking, making sculpture and drawing. I enjoy building relationships and sharing knowledge and techniques.
