He’s purchased over $600K in investment property and sold income producing properties ranging from single family homes, to multifamily properties.Raised in New Jersey he attended Lincoln Technical Institute in Pennsauken, NJ and then he continued his education in Allentown, PA and then moved to Michigan where he attended Oakland Community College in Auburn Hills, MI. He has earned his Degree in Computer Aided Design and to this day he continues to seek additional education, this time in Real Estate. After entering the Real Estate field he quickly began setting his sights on developing a STRONGER MINDSET, GREATER SKILLS and achieving BETTER RESULTS to dramatically increase his business even in a challenging market. With a mindset of high achievement and dedication to helping families Perry is passionate about achieving his professional and business goals. Perry McNeill holds a firm belief that people should understand their Real Estate contracts so there are no surprises when it comes to entering into an agreement that affects their lives. He says everyone should know what they are getting themselves into – and what that ownership means to them.
