Partner of the firm”, EVP, with over 20+ years leading and focusing on building, driving and maintaining “Trust” relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, alliances and regulators. Strongly believe in applying trust-centric lens to conversations, discussion, engagements and thought leadership in the areas of security, privacy, data ethics, and ESG matters. Primarily, a strategist, risk manager and implementer, throughout my career, I have progressively advanced towards leading and running, as Partner/MD, the Cyber organization for Banking for a Big 4 Accounting firm, focusing on Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Protection and built it up to a 40M+ practice. Through that (and prior firms) built my experience in global Cybersecurity, Data Protection/Privacy laws, standards and regulations, having worked with global regulators including MAS (Singapore), OCC, Federal Reserve and others. At MFC, I lead Cyber for the Financial Services sector. This includes developing cyber markets, cyber accounts and cyber capabilities and leading the practice to deliver on these. For me, Cyber is not just technology, but a calling, and I see it as an enabler of secure business, social change, taking calculated risk, secure innovation, progress and uplift in an uncertain and insecure world. Accordingly, I have advised, consulted and implemented change that is purposeful. Through my career, I've had the privileged of advising, guiding and leading consulting and implementation engagements with CEO's, CFO's, CRO's, CIO's and CISO's of Top global financial firms on diverse Technology initiative (Digitization, Modernization, Data Analytics and other). During my 5+ yrs at Deutsche Bank, I had the opportunity to lead a global team of Cyber, Tech and Risk professionals in NYC, Cary, Frankfurt, Moscow, London, Singapore and India. Along with this, I have been fortunate to collaborate with the MAS (Singapore), OCC (US) and the FedReserve (US) on regulatory matters applied to the bank. Despite all this, I am humbled by being accepted into the US Marine Corps Cyber Auxillary (USMCCA) as a volunteer advisor. To give back to the country is an honor indeed. I balance this with my love for flying. As a pilot, flying allows me to take to the skies and enjoy gods great creation - our beautiful planet, our earth.
