Previously working as a Quality Lead in a Specialty Pharmacy that compounds sterile formulations for physician clinics; Manager of Licensing and Compliance in the Cannabis consultant industry; a Quality Leader in the Packaging Industry supporting Hospital, Pharmaceuticals, Research, the Beverage Industry and other clients. My career includes broad experience in field work, laboratory analysis, instrument and process validation; the quality management of clinical trial research and a regulated health profession in the Province of Ontario. Duties have focused on quality control, quality assurance, compliance, and the continuous improvement of processes - and advancing and achieving challenging organizational and quality objectives. My skills and experience are of value to any organization that undergoes continuous quality improvement in their processes and operations, requires in-depth training and management of their employees, and contributes to the effective communication of current practices to important external stakeholders and clients.
