I am a sesoned and passionate leader, with long and versatile experience in C-level Director, Board, Consultant- and Advisor positions internationally in many major brand companies as well as in small start-ups, both B2C and B2B. I have built several enthusiastic teams in various companies, business areas and countries with tangible results and success stories. I have always enjoyed working in diverse and multicultural environments. My favourite vocabulory is best people, future forecasting, vision formalization, strategic planning, business development & execution, growth, transformation, change management, turnaround, profit, brand & reputation building, marketing, sales & account management, customer experience, leadership, innovations, digitalisation (AI), mobile, sustainability, values, culture and purposeful meaning. This has been the content of my work in all the positions I have served and continues to be in my present jobs as Headhunter, Board Member, Senior Advisor, Senior Consultant and Career Coach, as well as an entrepreneur. Headhunting is my main job at the moment, but I am also available for non-executive board member and advisory roles, where I can leverage my diverse skills and wide experience to drive strategies and value.
