I have about 12 years of experience in the area of Sales, Business development & Marketing. In my current job as a Senior Manager of LBFL –Auto Loan department, I have been involved in PPG design, promotion and ensure to achieve set targets by leading the Branch based RMs, Promoting the Brand, Initiating different promotional activities for Auto Business, Developing and maintaining strong vendor relationship, Conduct training session for RMs as well for PMO’s to boost up the sales. In my previous organization, IPDC Finance Limited, I was the Unit head of Auto Loan. My key achievements were introduced the “Vehicle lease finance” by the name of institutions under Auto Loan Department, introduced Brand Promoter (BP) under Auto Loan dept. which was first ever in NBFI sector, Re-branding the Auto Loan, Team Set up and my key responsibility was Auto Loan PPG design, promotion and ensure to achieve set targets, Make plans and take strategic actions & Liable to achieve set targets of Auto Loan disbursement. My Career started with LankaBagla Finance Limited as Product Marketing officer on October, 2011.
