About Peta Lehane

Currently teaching in local high schools across all subject areas as a contract and supply teacher to the region though specialising in English/Arts & Humanities in support of all staff and students, I also adapt to other disciplines easily and with flexibility. I enjoy offering my skills in alternate roles outside the classroom having worked as a Curriculum Advisor and Co-Ordinator for an NDIS provider, structuring programs and integrating supportive and valued changes. Also, self-employed as a tutor to all ages and abilities. Presently working with foster care students through the Department of Child Safety, Youth & Women; those supported under the NDIS as well as with private clients (primary & secondary school aged), bringing a love of learning and steady dedication to the local community. Having a strong interest in the wellness of people, I work in order to maintain my own health and wellbeing recognising how essential work is to our overall sense of valuing who and what we are.
