About Peta Rule

I am media professional, MBA and non-executive director specialising in brand, influence, lobbying, crisis and media management in both Government and industry. As Head of Brand Media for St John WA, I lead a team entrusted with one of Western Australia's most trusted and recognisable brands in an organisation that is part of the fabric of our lives. I have worked as a consultant across a range of industries in media and corporate communications strategy and was the in-house communications lead at the then-newly-created Government Trading Enterprise Southern Ports. My strategic and media experience is supported by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. I started my career as a journalist for the State’s flagship daily newspaper, the West Australian as a police and later health reporter.
