With nearly two decades of dedicated service at Westpac, she is a respected leader in Agribusiness Banking, known for holding the values of her customers at the heart of everything she does. Peta has a strong grasp of the unique challenges and opportunities facing rural industries and is widely recognised for her strategic leadership, regional insight, and ability to drive meaningful outcomes for both customers and communities. A proud advocate for rural women, Peta is an annual judge for the AgriFutures Rural Women’s Awards, where she helps spotlight and celebrate the vital contributions women make across rural industries. In recognition of her leadership and advocacy, she was awarded the Carla Zampatti Award for Women of Influence. Beyond her professional role, Peta maintains a personal connection to agriculture through her family’s farming operations. She has cultivated strong networks through extensive stakeholder engagement, volunteering, and representation at both community and government levels. Her leadership experience includes serving as Treasurer of the Rural Press Club QLD and contributing to the Australia China Business Council’s QLD Food and Agribusiness Working Group.
