About Petar Babic

I’ve always believed that telecommunications is more than technology — it’s about connecting people and making life a little easier every day. My journey started in Serbia and has since taken me through several countries, each teaching me something new about business, teamwork, and culture. Now, Czech Republic which is the 4th country where I’ve had the privilege to live and work and continue to learn. What drives me is curiosity and collaboration — whether it’s visiting a shop, listening to customer stories in a call center, or working with colleagues to design new offers. I’ve learned that the best ideas often come from simple conversations and the strength of a team moving together. I believe on leading teams with trust and purpose, transforming the way we serve customers, and building solutions that create lasting value. For me, success is not only about delivering results, but also about growing people, embracing change, and shaping a future where our customers and our teams thrive together.
