About Petar Ivanov

I’ve been part of startups, medium size companies and big tech ones. Whether I write code, design architectures, lead teams, talk to partners, my focus remains on producing useful products that people want to use - I think that’s what engineering is about, irrespective of means or tools.Ability to work across multiple teams, having impact on the whole engineering process.I also believe in security, safety, reliability and privacy as basic features of any system. Systems are built for living humans and we absolutely need these features. From blockchains to cars and networking and industrial applications. Cryptography is a wonderful tool to achieve these and I am deeply interested in it.Enjoying math too, doing research engineering work, allowing me to bridge science and engineering. Can talk about aviation for hours - in my opinion it is one of the ultimate achievements of engineering, safe and extremely reliable.
