About Pete Black

I’m a strategic, people-focused leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex ERP implementations, driving digital transformation, and building high-performing teams across professional services, IT, and software development. My career spans hands-on consulting, IT leadership, Project Management and senior management roles, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to lead change, deliver value, and inspire teams. Currently, I lead the UKI ERP Professional Services Practice at Epicor, where I own the P&L and oversee a diverse portfolio of cloud and on-premise ERP projects. I’m responsible for driving SaaS transformation, optimising delivery performance, and ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success. I’m passionate about mentoring others, fostering a culture of accountability and growth, and creating environments where people feel empowered to do their best work. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognised as a trusted advisor, a strong communicator, and a pragmatic problem solver. I’ve led major change programmes, integrated acquisitions, launched new business units, and delivered enterprise solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and retail. I’m known for challenging the status quo constructively, staying focused on outcomes, and always putting the customer at the centre of the solution. Whether guiding teams through transformation or helping clients unlock value through technology, I bring energy, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in everything I do.
