PM is a national environmental consulting and engineering services firm with offices located across the country.He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and has over 30 years of strategic environmental risk management experience. He has extensive experience in environmental risk management, environmental & engineering due diligence (Phase I and II ESAs, PCAs, Due Care & continuing obligations, industrial hygiene issues, etc.), brownfield redevelopment & economic development incentives, leaking UST management, site investigations & feasibility studies, remediation, environmental compliance and government environmental contracts.PM works with financial institutions, investors, developers, affordable housing developments, public housing agencies, attorneys, M&A and private equity professionals, retail petroleum clients, industry, government agencies, and regulators to help clients understand the science involved, the regulations that must be adhered to, and to provide specific, relevant information, so clients understand their options and can make solid business decisions.
