I am a self taught DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer with a background in Computer Science and Programming. I fell into Systems Administration and then after a few years discovered I could write software to automate my environments before the term DevOps existed. My recent focus had been on automation and management with tools like Kubernetes, Puppet, Docker and OpenStack I have a growing collection of published puppet modules and a very large collection of other modules I have written. With over fifteen years experience in the Information Technology industry, I can contribute to an effective team by maintaining stable, secure and effective computer systems, thereby increasing overall office productivity and quality of work. I am a quick learner with a keen eye for detail and enjoy regular challenges that allow me to utilise my problem solving skills.
