Conceive - Believe - Achieve Management – Day to day management, performance appraisals and timely constructive feedback to my team members were the pillars of my approach. I am skilled in talent acquisition, team development and motivation in domestic and international locations. Integrity in leadership is of paramount importance to me. Customer Service – In setting the direction of the Enterprise IT Service Center, I closely monitored and reviewed the teams handling of incidents, to make sure issues received the proper attention. Operational Excellence – Since my teams were responsible for providing a value added service to the business, I spent time focusing on current processes and process improvement. My recent projects involved improving the communications process before, during and after change, as well as overall change management and incident escalation. I have also led consolidation and system simplification initiatives to take the complexity out of support, drastically reducing business interruptions. Project Management – Developed plans and managed IT projects involving multiple site consolidations and large scale systems roll outs. Recent projects include: Supporting a SAP deployment and post deployment, Microsoft LYNC deployment and post deployment. Continuing Education – I continually look for growth opportunities. These have come in the form of classroom training as well as actual career assignments. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification would be my most recent accomplishment.
