I currently lead the Projects division at Metro Trains Melbourne, reporting directly to the CEO. This division plays a pivotal role in driving project delivery and construction excellence across Melbourne’s metropolitan rail network. At the heart of our work is strategic collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Department of Transport and Planning, the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, and other government agencies. Together, we deliver complex, multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure projects that shape the future of Melbourne’s transport system.
