Construction manager with over 10 years experience in the commercial building industry. Most recent experience in project management for interior architecture developments in the hospitality and entertainment sectors overseas. Having recently relocated to Manchester and I am open to both permanent and temporary positions, happy to consider travel and overseas opportunities again. My priority in this next career step is to find employment within a well established company who is supportive of equality and where I will prove to be a valued member of the team. I am a highly motivated, proactive and professional individual. I consider myself to be a hands-on, out-and-about type with vast practical and technical knowledge, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard. Respected as a leader, and valuing input from all other team members. Willing to take on extra tasks and develop new skills. Curranty learning to use Sketch-up and looking to achieve CIOB accreditation in my next employment.
