A highly motivated and successful engineer, team leader and educator who has had substantial experience in major international engineering companies, Further Education and Youth work. Has successfully planned, designed and project managed complex electro-mechanical installations for aircraft from initial concept through to development, production and flight test. Has devised and developed Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans and Assessments for a variety of different levels of vocational and academic programmes. BTEC and EAL level 2, BTEC Level 3, BTEC Level 4 and EMTA Preforming Engineering Operations.Has also developed systems, teams, processes and organisational changes from inception to implementation and further developmentKey personal skills are leadership, communication and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
