We help companies to reach and engage their customers through the powerful technology they use to connect with their employees, customers and partners on the internet and over the cloud. My expertise is being able to work through large complex deals and communicate the solution and value to the customer while simultaneously working with internal stakeholder to ensure the organization pulls together multiple offerings into a seamless solution offering. I have overall accountability of deal execution inclusive of senior management communications, financial structure and business case, pricing and contract negotiations. In my current role I do not have an account but rather am assigned to complex deals that require my support. Sales and deal leadership experience in networks, voice, managed services, SaaS, data centre, contact centre, CCaaS and cloud technologies, in almost all cases deals entail multiples of these service offerings.
