For 25 years I have been working with Enterprise customers trying to solve for business challenges. What started with solving for Y2K challenges with mainframes, led to Security & Performance for Networking, to enabling automation across people, process and technology through ITSM, to the last 11 years really focused on the End Users Experience through both Application Performance Management and now Secure, Reliable and Available apps & data delivery with the challenges of remote work. The role has changed significantly to what now is really focused on understanding the business challenges and relating solutions in terms of business impact. Remote work has changed they way customers interact, the way employees want to and expect to work. Solving for secure apps & data while not impacting employee experience/productivity and ability to drive revenue is now my focus. I currently work with some of the largest companies in the Chicagoland area, although my career has included interaction with companies across the Midwest and Southeast US.
