I am a Global CIO and Board Advisor recognized as a Top 100 CIO. My depth and expertise have led me to be considered an industry leader in business transformation and global expansions, governance, alignment and risk management, innovation and change in the Publishing, Chemical, Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Manufacturing industries. As a skilled leader, I enabled 50% organic growth redesigning new product creation processes focused on improving productivity of scarce business resources. I led the process of integrating 100+ acquisitions over 5 year period enabling company growth from <$1.0B to $7B+ in revenue with operations across 35+ countries. Using a philosophy of restructuring IT to run like a business, I re-engineered IT operating processes, reducing IT incidents 70+%, improving reliability and client satisfaction, and exercised disciplined financial management, reducing IT costs 20% while the business grew by 50%. I introduced new mobile and consumer technologies into R&D labs to improve product development and customer experience, enabling global collaboration, eliminating redundancies, and reducing product time to market. I established an “IT Board of Directors” instituting a new governance model linking IT and business strategy and formalized PMO to achieve alignment. I was named by InformationWeek as #76 of CIO Elite IT Organizations for 2015, and named 2012 & 2014 Most Distinguished CIO's by ExecRank. I have been actively involved in mentoring programs and sat on boards such as, IT Board of Directors, SPX and International Flavors and Fragrances, Sprint and Verizon Customer Advisory Board, along with the advisory boards for HMG Strategy, Premier Connect and Evanta to name a few. I have presented and spoke at conferences and key industry events and have published articles in CIO Magazine, Profile Magazine and CIOReview to name a few. I earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
