Background
About Pete Steffan
Though my most recent career experience is in 2D VFX (Paint, Comp, Roto), I have a lot of interests throughout the digital multimedia world!Growing up I became obsessed with making and editing my own movies, and that interest ended up getting me a degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in “Electronic Media, Art, and Communication”. Since then I've recently worked in the Film/TV industry as a 2D VFX artist, and before that as a 3D animator and engineering computer concept modeler for the past 14 years at MTECH Laboratories. I've also kept busy with pursuing freelance projects in VFX, 3D, and Audio Mixing.I've been a member of several a cappella groups in and after college, and I enjoy playing bass, video games, skiing, and running. I am very passionate about everything I do, and enjoy throwing all of my energy into projects both professionally and personally.
