About Peter A. Socarras

A healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man only wants one.” - ConfuciusI believe, in our limited time on Earth, we should do what we can to help reduce suffering. That is why I dedicate my time and money to the pursuit of bringing meaningful innovations to the public —particularly in the Life Sciences— through roles as a leader, advisor, or investor. Because it is by investing in the development of meaningful medical innovations that those suffering from ailments can get the only thing they really want: to be well. I invest in public and private companies that are developing these meaningful innovations in the Life Sciences. I advise their founders, boards, and other investors. I volunteer in the Life Sciences ecosystem. And I have spent 20+ years working in various capacities in the Life Sciences sector. I seek to surround myself with people who have this same mission: to help reduce suffering by developing medical innovations that help people be well. And I am looking to help start and promote companies that bring these innovations to the public — either by advising on strategy, investing, or even just cheering from the sidelines. If you believe as I believe, and you are on a similar mission, I would love to partner with you on this incredible journey.
