A dynamic public health physician and health systems strategist dedicated to protecting vulnerable populations from infectious disease threats. With proven expertise in health system strengthening (HSS), global health security, and IHR (2005), I excel at designing resilient health systems for long-term development and leading agile, life-saving interventions in complex humanitarian emergencies.
