I am a result driven Systems Analyst with diverse industry experience in Sales, Banking, Manufacturing, Automotive, Oil and gas. My professional expertise includes IT support, Project Management, Business Analysis and Information Security. With over nine years experience in Software Implementation and providing client focused IT Support for both software and hardware, I have been able to grow my customer service relationship while ensuring standard and quality of service. I have also worked as part of a regional team across Africa. My background enables me to be very technical and exhibit an excellent communication skill. I'm very analytical and have lots of experience determining and documenting the best project approach. I'm a team builder and very proficient and efficient when dealing with project budgets. I have a strong affection for continuous improvement and transformation. A broad knowledge of and experience with procurement, finance, supply chain, sales and information management processes allows me to look across organizational borders and build bridges between people and functions. Where strategy meets execution I drive problem-solving; whether by applying process optimization methodologies or by enabling the organization with a strong Business-IT alignment. I love what I do!
