I am a retired firefighter/paramedic with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, I served my community for over 25 years. Since the year I have been in and out of the real estate industry. I originally worked for Arvida Realty, for those that have been in the industry that long, then when it merged with Coldwell Banker. I then went to a boutique real estate agency before, the fire department call my name to serve as an instructor in the fire academy. Since then, I have opened several different small businesses mostly around real estate, from a contracting company, providing landscape design services, to concierge services, and business consulting. In 2017, as I approach retirement from the fire department, I wanted to come back to my first love, and that was real estate, I am now a full time Realtor, working with eXp Commercial. I specialize in Residential and commercial transactions in Miami-Dade, Austin's Central Texas areas, with my certification as a Price Strategy Advisor and Sellers Representative Specialist, I have a current track record of selling my listed homes in less than 30 days at or above appraised value. I also specialize in Commercial real estate, specifically, industrial, retail and restauranteurs. I have a background in culinary arts and hospitality that affords me the unique knowledge of knowing what a starting or growing restaurant would need. Finally, the one that is closest to my heart, working with military veterans and first responders. I am intimately familiar with the VA loan process as I have gone through it and am a certified Military Relocation Professional. I am a true professional and I ask you to let me earn your trust.
