Professional senior manager with a Masters Degree in Project Management and a second Masters Degree in Business Leadership. Highly experienced in interface management with a strong customer focus. As the Market Segent Lead, I use my long experience in the electrical industry to identify new customer opportunities in the energy renewable sector and provide support to those and our existing customers as Australian transition into the sustainable energy future. I am excited to provide support to our clients ranging from Infrastructure development in green or brown field site to asset management of existing sites transitioning into the new renewable solutions. Other strengths I bring to the role are in the areas of retail negotiations, customer service, business development and contract negotiations and supply chain maangement. My supply chain knowledge and experience was developed in managing the full logistic movement of 1.1M AMI meters and associated communications hardware from procurement to distribution to installation and then the returning back into the supply chain inventory any excessive stock for re-use. I provide excellent customer services and account management to all levels of customers including Tranmission, High Voltage and Low Voltage customers. With comprehensive understanding and experience of Infrastructure development, how the Energy Retail market impacts customers and how embedded networks or renewable can be connected.
