I have a passion for leadership, and I love my job. My work is all about people. I believe every individual has talents to contribute and deserves to feel welcome, challenged and fulfilled. My wish is to multiply success in others through a spirit of positivity, collaboration, and achievement. I believe in building high-performance cultures that strike a balance between a focus on people and a focus on results. Throughout my academic and professional career, I’ve had the opportunity to take on various leadership roles, migrating from a technical and project leader to an organizational leader. I’ve adapted to each new challenge by keeping an open mind, observing and listening to those around me, and being self-aware of my own shortcomings and how I can improve. I am guided in my professional and personal life by the values of community, fairness, optimism, and growth.
