WORK HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE Downer EDI 7 August 2013 25 July2015 Redundent NBN Last 2 Years Managing Downers Contractors on the NBN Role out for NBN CO everything from Designs, invoicing,NBN Defects scoping,customer complaints,Variations. Over the last 2 years I have managed mutable Cable and Civil teams on the project in Coffs Harbour, Armidale,Sawtell Taree and Gosford all related issues of managing these site some times simultaneously. I am in direct contact resolving issues with NBNCO on a daily basis with Pat Friend and Raed Zytoon from the Sydney office. Manage small contract teams of 10 or more from each contractor of 6-10 team members in contract crews including splice crews splicing AJL,s running LSS and MSS cables hauling if it is in the NBN MDU or SDU I have looked after the installation of these sites. On also manage contractors and there sub –contractors on a daily basis making sure they are following the Designs and work instructions, work procedures Zero harm requirements both positive and negative recording in safety and costing reports within the budget I also manage the QA report on individual sites gathering evidence to pass on the client and fixing any issue that is needed. I liaise with customers and NBNCO for PC requirements As a supervisor I attend many meetings with Client Customers and Contractors for numerous reasons mostly to keep the work flowing resolving issues such as defects and NCR, s paying invoices and getting approvals for large payments I perform QA, safety Audits and observations logging of Data in related work, audits all installations running over all my current sites. Zero Harm is a large part of this role and will be enforced as Clients requirements.
