About Peter Andrew

I have a personal ambition to transform work and workplace in Asia and Pacific. To help create beautiful and functional buildings and workplaces that drive business success and enhance the lives of the everyday worker or learner. I try to help our industry see the world through a human centric lens.I work at board level with corporations to understand businesses and develop and implement strategies for workplaces that improve business performance. My passion and expertise lies with understanding the relationships between culture, behaviour, technology, organisational processes and the creation and use of physical environments – in particular places for work, innovation and learning.Ever increasingly my role is to excite and align business leaders around the opportunities of better places for work and learning. and give them the confidence and the tools to implement positive change in their organisations. There is a lot of 'buzz' in our industry that it not always well founded, and I like to stand for good commonsense and reason to ensure clients invest their real estate dollars wisely in solutions that drive business value and excite and support people.I have enjoyed the challenge of providing these services through many types of organisations and across a variety of cultures: throughout Asia, Europe and Australasia.At CBRE I empower 100+ Workplace Strategy and Change Management experts in ten countries in the APAC region through managing client relationships, mentoring, strategic SME project input, new products and thought leadership and am part of the global workplace strategy leadership team making sure our knowledge is shared around the world. I am grateful to have delivered projects in many countries and to have had the opportunity to live and work in the UK (2 years) and Singapore (11 years).
