Extensive experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and supporting clinical applications, integrating technical acumen with strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills to develop high-performing teams, generate business results and contribute to long-term organizational success. A thought partner with broad technical experience capable of bridging the gap between business objectives and technical requirements. Currently leading BCOGCs IT Team, managing helpdesk, IT Infrastructure and Networking. As Director of IT services for Northern Lights College managed a team of technicians and responsible for IT infrastructure and support of entire college community. This includes video conferencing support, telephony, Computer Lab management,application management, liaison with Technical Education components such as Respondus Lock Down Browser, web-site hosting, and much more. Previously as manager of IT for Nunavut's Health Department responsibility for hardware infrastructure, overall health and stability of critical applications. Managing contracted clinical coordinators and direct reports consisting of clinical analysts, systems officers, and systems coordinators.
