Over 25 years within Life Science I have cultivated a diverse and comprehensive background and experience in pharma, med tech and the health care sectors. My industry and CRO career spans international clinical operations and business process development projects, including technology initiatives. My med tech experience include hands-on product development, marketing and CRM. Across senior management positions I have been responsible for operational management and P&L. Recent leadership roles in healthcare focusing on cancer care and anesthetic and intensive care in the county and university hospital settings. Leading the national inquiry (Ds2023:8) aiming to improve conditions for clinical trials in Sweden putting forth recommendations to the government on sustainable solutions boosting Sweden's competitiveness in life science and strengthening Swedish welfare. Recommendations that have subseuently, to date, been taken forward by government agencies like The Swedish Medical Products Agency. Key Achievements - Directed international clinical operations and data management initiatives, ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency- Led marketing projects that integrated product development with CRM strategies, driving growth and customer satisfaction- Managed CRO and health care operations with full P&L accountability, delivering consistent financial performance and quality of delivery- Co-founder of ASCRO the trade association of CROs active in Sweden - Co-founder of MEGALIT a development project and clinical trial subsequently part of establishing Testbed Sweden Precision Health Cancer bringing together a diverse and holistic portfolio of actors and actions to meet identified barriers to development and equitable implementation of precision health in routine cancer care- Inquiry chair on the national inquiry on clinical trials for the Ministry of Climate and Enterprise Expertise - Pharma, medtech and CRO Management - Clinical Research Phases I-IV - Business Process and Technology Development - Marketing and Product Development - Healthcare Leadership - Mission driven innovation I am passionate about leveraging my experience driving innovation and cross sector collaboration in Life Science.
