From April 2024, I launched my new consulting and education business - The Inflection Point With the tagline "Where Expertise meets Impact" it is not a surprise that my consulting and teaching work will draw on everything that has made me who I am today: • A commercial and externally focused CHRO level HR thought leader with a proven global track record in strategic Business Partnering and HR Expertise leadership across multiple sectors, geographies & cultures. • Deep expertise, and over four decades of experience in large-scale organisation and culture transformation, strategic talent management and leadership development. Additionally, I have significant experience in building HR functional excellence in both MNC’s and large regional family-owned businesses. • A truly global citizen - with the cultural awareness and adaptability that brings. I have lived in 10 countries and worked in or visited some 85 others with significant emerging markets experience in Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. • A proud track record defined by building and developing great individuals and teams and consistently delivering on promises.
