My experience stretches out from fashion management in accessories to high level technical fashion products. Both areas require a deep understanding of the specifics of the product but also a thorough knowledge of fashion industry. I am driven by structuring and refining companies to get the best result from both the company and the individual. Are goal-driven and focused on delivering a strong result with good profitability. One of my strengths as a leader is to build well-functioning teams with a clear target image and to deliver on time without any "loose threads" Have a great experience working both strategically and operationally.
