About Peter Baier

My current role as Content Manager for Alter Ego has affirmed my passion for making products that have a real world impact. I'm spending the latter half of my collegiate career gaining the business skills needed for success in the startup/entrepreneurial space. I believe my background in philosophy offers a unique perspective in the business space. It's introduced me to how the greatest thinkers in history have approached life's biggest questions (what values should you live by, what does it mean for a society to flourish, what does a fulfilling life look like, etc). From reading philosophers' answers and contemplating these questions myself, I've learned to think critically about problems, communicate my ideas effectively, and cultivate the values that will bring me success in my professional and personal life. These are skills I'm constantly seeking to improve upon, and hopefully one day I can teach these same skills to others.
