About Peter Bakare

I’m Peter Bakare,Olympian, creative educator, and founder of Nutri Troops and 5 On It Foundation, delivering high-impact workshops and talks that empower young people through sport, creativity, health, and career skills. My sessions are designed for schools, colleges, universities, charities and businesses, helping students unlock confidence, mindset, and real-world potential. As an Ambassador for Team GB (Paris 2024), Mayor’s Fund for London, and the World Olympians Association, I regularly work with organisations to inspire youth and communities. Trustee of Volleyball England Foundation, championing inclusion through sport. I’ve reached over pupils nationwide through Nutri Troops, and delivered talks and workshops for Nike, BBC Sport, Specsavers, Discovery Channel, UK Parliament, and more. I’ve written for the BAFTA-winning series Skins, exhibited art at the National Portrait Gallery, and bring that same creativity into every workshop, keynote and campaign. Bringing all the experiences together to help children and young people be their personal best in life.
